On the next Henry Doorly zoo visit, I must refrain from bringing a camera so I’m not constantly admiring the creatures through a lens. However, this time I needed to break in my newest tool, a mirrorless camera, the Panasonic Lumix G7. One of my favorite moments captured that day was a rattlesnake unraveling in 4k. I’m saving that for a western film of sorts. Overall, I’m happy with the results. Most of these images were shot from a distance, all with a 14-140mm lens without a tripod.
